Private Sitting
There are moments in life when you may wish to hear from a friend or loved one who has crossed over. In a private sitting, although I cannot guarantee a specific person will come through for you, I will provide evidence so you will know for sure who it is that wishes to speak to you and what it is they want to say - or I will offer you your money back.
I always trust in the intelligence of the spirit world to bring through the right person for the right moment and sometimes this does come as a surprise.
I ask you to come with an open mind for the best possible outcome of our time together.

Spiritual Assessment
A spiritual assessment is where my team in spirit talks to your team, with myself as an intermediary, to offer guidance and validation about your overall development as a medium. It is an exploration of your potential and how best to unfold your abilities and an opportunity to troubleshoot as well.
You will know you are truly in the presence of spirit when you leave your session feeling more connected, uplifted, enthusiastic and alive.
In these sessions I also use a combination of all my other skills and my experience to make sure you put your best foot forward.

Professional Life Guidance
Often I meet people at a crossroads, a difficult and challenging place, and not knowing which path to take that leads to greater happiness. Here I use my therapeutic and intuitive skills to help you access your own wisdom and find your footsteps again to lead you out of your own dilemma.
This is not a substitute for professional therapy and, although I am no longer accepting new clients, I can make recommendations for suitable therapists if I sense this would be more beneficial. Sometimes a one off session such as this will serve as a sign post in the right direction.
These sessions are suitable for everyone, including psychotherapists and mediums, who are wishing to understand how to go forward in a balanced way.

Spiritual Supervision
Supervision is a valuable way to grow, self-reflect and be supported on your personal journey as a medium.
I am an experienced transpersonal, integrative supervisor trained at the Psychosynthesis Trust in London.
I use the skills I have developed as a former training supervisor at the Trust, together with the experience of working in my private supervision practise with psychotherapists and my professional experience as a medium and mentor, to help you explore and understand the challenges in your day-to-day work.
Mediumship is a healing modality and sometimes it’s helpful to explore the challenges and responsibilities that come with it in a safe, non-judgemental, confidential space with a neutral person.
