These sessions are designed to enrich your personal experience of the Soul Power Programme but can also stand alone. They are particularly useful when you find yourself at a crossroads and are seeking to understand more about yourself and your patterns and what stands in the way of you realising your potential.
They are not an alternative to psychotherapy and do not seek to treat serious underlying mental health issues.

Evidential Mediumship
There are moments in life when you may wish to hear from a friend or loved one who has crossed over. In a private sitting I will provide evidence through mediumship so you can verify who they are, understand why they have come to speak to you now and let you know what it is they want to say.
The purpose of a private sitting is to help heal and resolve that which was left unresolved at the point of passing.
It is to enable you to move on with your life with new-found hope and understanding that your loved ones are safe and well in the Spirit world.
I am a member of the Spiritualists' National Union and adhere to their ethics and code of conduct.

Clinical Supervision
Good supervision like good therapy is precious and it is about finding the right match. It is the most valuable way you can grow as a therapist and develop your practice. A good supervisor will support you, nurture you and challenge you to meet all your professional and personal obligations in your client work.
I am a transpersonal, integrative clinical supervisor. I am particularly interested in working with trainee and qualified psychotherapists who are seeking a trauma-informed spiritual approach to supervision. I work individually and with groups.
